SSI Help
Firstly, you must have a host that enables SSI, if not, SSI won't work. Ok, how SSI works is that it can repeat itself on many pages. For example, you have a left side bar with many different pages on it. If you want to add another link, you don't want to go through every page adding it. So you put all the contents of the left side bar in a .txt file. Upload it into the same directory as your pages. You then put this code on your pages in place of the chunk of the left sidebar you just took out.

Now every time you edit that leftbar.txt file, all your pages get updated.
